Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
Measure your dog from the nose to the base of the tail, then pick the bed whose sleeping surface is at least that long. Coco is 80cm — she's a Large.
Small — sleeping surface ~62 × 42cm · external 75 × 55 × 13cm · fits a medium wire crate (~90cm) · dogs up to ~58cm long, roughly 8–18kg.
Medium — sleeping surface ~82 × 52cm · external 95 × 65 × 15cm · fits a large wire crate (~100–106cm) · dogs up to ~78cm long, roughly 18–35kg.
Large — sleeping surface ~97 × 67cm · external 110 × 80 × 18cm · fits an XL wire crate (~120cm+) · dogs up to ~92cm long, roughly 35–60kg.
These are target specifications. Final dimensions are confirmed when our first production sample arrives, and everyone on the waitlist hears about any change before pre-orders open.
Durability
Is it really indestructible?
No bed is. Here's what's true: Coco, our 40kg Rottweiler, has destroyed about ten beds — four of them belonging to her much smaller older brother — and she doesn't turn two until September. The design assumes damage will eventually happen. That's why every component is replaceable.
What happens when the cover gets damaged?
Order a replacement cover (~$50 NZD). Swap it. The bed underneath survives. Cores typically last far longer than covers.
Pre-orders
When do pre-orders open?
When our first production sample arrives and passes Coco's testing. We're not naming a date we can't keep — but everyone on the waitlist gets 48 hours' early access before pre-orders open to the public.
Why join the waitlist now?
The first batch is limited, and waitlist members order first.

What does shipping cost?
Free anywhere in New Zealand. Australia shipping — confirmed once pre-orders open.
Do you ship anywhere else?
Not yet — New Zealand and Australia only for our first release.
Care
Is it machine washable?
The outer cover is designed for repeated machine washing. The foam core is not machine washable — it's protected by a waterproof liner and can be spot cleaned or replaced. Full care instructions ship with every bed.
